Finance System Implementation
Experience in numerous ERP system upgrades and transfers including SAGE 50, SAGE 200, SAP and JDE.
Project lead successfully transferring 2 entities data from Sage 50 to Sage 200 within 6 months. Communicated effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including an office in China, documenting key tasks and requirements to enable a smooth implementation. The project was successful with no delays to month end due to migration issues and no duplicate payments or system errors post go live.
Proven ability to manage entity merger projects, providing detailed project timelines and requirements. Strong ability to adapt quickly to new environments, gaining full understanding of key business requirements and providing recommendations on best practice and solutions to maintain a controlled and smooth transfer.
Project lead on the merger of two sister companies. Developed a project team and liaised with key stakeholder including legal, business owners and tax specialists such as KPMG to ensure we covered all legal requirements and minimised our risk exposure.
